Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to digital products and workspace audit services purchased from Shineankle.
1. Digital Products
Our products — including audit reports, dimension capture kits, and posture vector diagram sets — are delivered digitally via email. Due to the nature of digital goods, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined below.
2. Eligible Returns
You may request a return or refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- The digital file was not delivered to the email address provided at checkout
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened with standard PDF viewers
- The product received differs materially from its description on our products page
3. Non-Eligible Returns
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Custom workspace audit reports that have been generated from your submitted data
- Products where the download link has been accessed and the file successfully retrieved
- Purchases made more than 14 days prior to the refund request
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or refund request, contact us at help@shineankle.world with your order details, purchase date, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within three business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
6. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand) where applicable to digital products and services.
